Even though tomorrow is Thanksgiving (and I have much to be thankful for), my mind is on Advent as I work on a sermon today. A friend shared a song with me last week that I want to share with you today. What a gift she gave to me when she shared it! This is my new Advent Anthem. As we wait for God to come into the world again (that's what Advent is- waiting) my ears are blessed by this song and how it reminds me that God comes into the world in all kinds of ways, but in the gift of a small baby savior, God came into the world like a winter snow- quiet, and soft, and slow.
